About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle

I am a psychologist (MSc), relationship counsellor, and resilience well-being consultant.

I support people in meeting everyday challenges at work, in relationships, and in private life with clarity, balance, and inner strength.

I am fascinated by the question of how we can keep what is healthy healthy—how people can preserve their psychological resilience, joy in life, and mental health over the long term.
Topics such as stress management, recovery, resilience, and shaping relationships define my work.

In my psychological counselling for individuals and couples, the focus is on building healthy relationships with yourself and others—with empathy, a strong scientific foundation, and a keen sense for interpersonal dynamics.
I work in a solution-focused, mindful, and practical way—with the aim of creating space for growth, self-care, and genuine connection.

Counselling psychology is understood as low-threshold psychological support that serves prevention and maintaining health. When we encounter obstacles, overwhelm, or recurring conflicts in everyday life, psychological counselling can help you find orientation and relief in good time—and often prevent deeper psychological strain.
