Self-care means knowing yourself, taking yourself seriously, and accompanying yourself lovingly. Because those who take good care of themselves can also live consciously and connectedly in a relationship.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In our coaching, we strengthen your awareness of your <\/strong><strong>balance.<\/strong> We reflect together on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what you truly need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how to set boundaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and how self-care can find space even in everyday relationship life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Our goal:<\/strong> Not to lose yourself in a relationship \u2013 but to arrive more fully at yourself through it. For this, we use: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Methods for resource activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value work and personal rituals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impulses for self-love and inner clarity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Self-care does not mean withdrawal \u2013 but inner presence.
