Personalized Advice

Do you feel exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed, or torn inside? Topics like stress, self-worth, self-love, self-care, mindfulness, resilience, indecisiveness, inner restlessness, emotional burden, or the feeling of “not knowing what to do anymore” or “not being enough” affect many people—and are often a reason for psychological counseling. Together, we will find ways to strengthen your resilience and better care for yourself.

Please clarify with your health insurance provider whether the costs for psychological counseling or psychological coaching are covered. Many supplementary insurance policies contribute to services promoting mental health.

About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle

I am a Psychologist (M.Sc.), Relationship Counselor, and Resilience Well-being Counselor.

I support people in facing the daily challenges of work, relationships, and private life with clarity, balance, and inner strength.

I am fascinated by the question of how we maintain health – that is, how people can preserve their psychological resilience, joy of life, and mental health in the long term.
Topics such as stress management, recovery, resilience, and relationship building shape my work.

My psychological counseling for individuals and couples focuses on building healthy relationships with oneself and others – with empathy, scientific grounding, and a keen sense for interpersonal dynamics.
I work in a solution-oriented, mindful, and practical way – with the goal of creating space for development, self-care, and genuine connection.

Counseling psychology sees itself as low-threshold psychological support that serves prevention and health maintenance. When we encounter hurdles, overwhelm, or recurring conflicts in everyday life, psychological counseling can help to find timely orientation and relief – and thus often prevent deeper psychological distress.
