Setting Boundaries & Balance

In every relationship, it is essential to maintain one’s own identity. This means knowing, respecting, and communicating personal and emotional boundaries—without losing connection to the other person.

Especially during periods of upheaval—be it starting a family, separation, career change, or relocation—questions arise such as:
