Processing Jealousy

Jealousy can be intense – often associated with shame, fear, stress, and insecurity.

Counseling creates space for understanding. Jealousy is not judged, but:

  • viewed with benevolence
  • reflected upon with understanding
  • mindfully explored
  • and specifically addressed

Our Goal:

  • recognize your own needs
  • foster emotional security in relationships
  • develop a healthy approach to uncertainty

Together, we will examine:

  • the internal triggers of jealousy
  • the associated behavior
  • thoughts and judgments
  • potential changes in how to manage it

Jealousy doesn’t have to remain a taboo. It can become an invitation to better understand yourself, to discuss attachment, and to reshape relationships.
