From my perspective, a stable relationship often begins with a stable self. Self-care means knowing yourself, taking yourself seriously, and accompanying yourself lovingly. Because those who take good care of themselves can also live consciously and connectedly in a relationship.
In our coaching, we strengthen your awareness of yourbalance. We reflect together on:

- how to set boundaries
- and how self-care can find space even in everyday relationship life
Our goal: Not to lose yourself in a relationship – but to arrive more fully at yourself through it. For this, we use:

- Value work and personal rituals
- Impulses for self-love and inner clarity
Self-care does not mean withdrawal – but inner presence. Together, we find ways for you to strengthen your resources, recognize your needs, and return to yourself.
