Resilience & Well-being

Resilience not only determines personal well-being but also plays a central role in couple relationships (Resilience Center Switzerland, 2025; Bodenmann, 2016).

In couples counseling, we specifically work on:

  • making shared resources visible
  • developing new solution strategies
  • building a powerful vision for the future
  • fostering psychological resilience together

Because partnership can be a resilience factor. When both partners support each other, provide stability, and find a healthy balance, a relationship emerges that not only withstands challenges but grows through them.

However, we also look individually at:

  • stress management in everyday life
  • personal & shared values
  • mindfulness in dealing with difficult emotions
  • paths to self-regulation

The goal is to strengthen well-being – not as a finished state, but as an active process. A space for growth, trust, and emotional stability.
