self-doubt & life questions
Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or internally conflicted? Issues like stress, self-worth, self-love, self-care, mindfulness, resilience, indecisiveness, inner restlessness, emotional burden, or the feeling of “not knowing what to do next” or “not being enough” affect many people – and are often a reason for psychological counseling.
Whether you are currently in a crisis, want to reorient yourself, or simply need a space to better understand yourself – I offer you appreciative, solution-oriented support.

Hi, I'm Michelle
I am a psychologist (M.Sc.), relationship counselor, and resilience & well-being consultant.
I support people in facing the daily challenges of work, relationships, and private life with clarity, balance, and inner strength.
I am fascinated by the question of how we keep healthy things healthy—that is, how people can preserve their psychological resilience, joy of life, and mental health in the long term.
Topics such as stress management, recovery, resilience, and relationship building define my work.
In my psychological counseling for individuals and couples, the focus is on creating healthy relationships with oneself and others—with empathy, a scientific foundation, and a keen sense for interpersonal dynamics.
I work in a solution-oriented, mindful, and practical way—with the goal of creating space for development, self-care, and genuine connection.
Counseling psychology is understood as low-threshold psychological support that serves prevention and the maintenance of health. When we encounter hurdles, overwhelm, or recurring conflicts in everyday life, psychological counseling can help to find orientation and relief in good time—and thus often prevent more deep-seated psychological distress.
